I am not a baker and I didn’t know that when you disturb the dough when has already rise, it will deflate and they will loose they fluffiness. Can I refrigerate after the rise and then bring to room temperature and bake the following day? .. Should add that I used extra water because I made them in a blender, but they held together well after I coated the outside with almond flour. Do you think I could get away with shaping it into a log and baking at a low temp prior to covering in the puff pastry? I’m one of your biggest fans! This sounds delicious, but my family doesn’t like mushrooms. These turned out lovely I subbed honey for the sugar which gave it a beautiful floral fragrance and delectable flavor. What did you serve these with in the Instagram post? If I use active yeast, I don’t have to dissolve it first?
